For the past 20 years we have been manufacturing the Asco Joucomatic ISO and CETOP range of Air Cylinders. A more recent addition to our line is the VDMA profile barrel cylinder, which we offer on a same day dispatch basis.
Specials Available:
Choice of barrels, hard anodized aluminium alloy, steel, fibreglass and stainless steel, while the rod is hard chrome plated steel or stainless steel. The piston is a acetal resin ( POM ) and light alloy fitted with a permanent annular magnet.
The seals are a mix of polyurethane ( PUR ) for the Piston seal while nitrile ( NBR ) is used for the Cushioning seals.
Front and Rear ends of the cylinders are an aluminium alloy while the rod nut is comprised of galvanised steel, bearings are metal self lubricating. Finally the cushioning is pneumatic and adjustable from both sides with captive screws.
